Anabelle Rondon is a creative, mom and multidimensional Latina. She has over 20 years of experience in the community development field. Anabelle plays many roles close to her heart, all focused on the power of networks, and connections, building community and creating visibility for leaders of color. She founded the Planners of Color Network (www.plannersofcolor.org), a group that promotes leadership inclusion in influential decision-making positions, building a pipeline of talented professionals of color and calling for greater access in the planning field. Anabelle is currently the Deputy Director of TDI Strategy and Operations at MassDevelopment. A quasi land bank that cultivates Economic Development across Massachusetts.

Marlene Brito, affectionately known as The Fractured Strategist is a multitasking Jefa. Marlene is a higher education senior administrator by day and a Ph.D. candidate by night, her research focuses on first generation college students, their career development experience, and use of social capital. On weekends, she runs her career transition strategy practice for early to mid-career women, The Fractured Strategist where she helps women create a game plan for acing career and life transitions. Marlene is the proud parent of Jordan and Scarlett and a sassy Yorkie named Max. She is the editor of fashion beauty lifestyle blog, Fractured Brilliance, when she is not doing all of the above she is tracking the cosmos and the moon and setting intentions, feel free to follow her journey on Instagram.

Evelyn Everton

Evelyn is a Momprenuer and co-owner of Solar Flair Optics. She is fueled daily by her passion and purpose to be a transparent example for others in business and in life. Evelyn is a communication guru. She led Marketing and Community Relations efforts for WNEU Telemundo Boston which is operated by NBC Universal. Evelyn has served the communicator role at local TV and Radio stations. She is all about authenticity, as anyone who’s met her can attest. Whether you’ve seen her speak, listen or talk with her at one of the events she has MCed (emceed), a conversation with Evelyn is relaxed and candid. She anchors her work in amplifying people’s stories, specifically those stories impacted by and for Latinas. Fun fact, two babies ago, she had the opportunity while working in radio and television, to Facebook Live Series to feature invisible Latinas with extraordinary stories. Today, she continues that legacy by helping advance women’s stories and ways to grow at the Jugando Tus Fichas Podcast platform. Evelyn loves dancing and traveling. She is a foodie. Music feeds her soul.
